I am an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of Warwick, specialising in behavioural science and public policy. My current research explores how people-centred and participatory approaches can shape more effective policymaking, with a focus on applying behavioural insights to address pressing societal challenges such as climate action and sustainability. I also maintain active interests in gender economics, particularly in understanding and closing the gender competition gap.
