I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Birmingham and an affiliated member of the Centre on Household Assets and Savings Management (CHASM). My research focuses on Education, Health and Pension Economics, with a particular interest in the empirical validation of economic theory. I make use of both field and laboratory experiments to investigate individual decision-making, drawing on the principles of Decision Theory to examine behavioural responses to policy interventions and institutional settings.
