My research interests span across different areas of applied microeconomics with a focus on industrial organization, behavioural and experimental economics. My expertise finds roots in the theoretical application and methodologies to questions of individual behaviour and societal outcomes. Looking at the behaviour of firms I am interested to evaluate the interaction between taxation system and market competition, and in particular how taxes can curb consumer behaviour. Recently, with the aim to understand the drivers of individual decision making in social preferences, cooperative /competitive strategies and cognitive discrimination, I have turned my attention also to behavioural and experimental economics.
