I recently completed my PhD at Royal Holloway University of London under the supervision of Prof. Francesco Feri, with my viva passed without corrections. My research examines how people strategically use cognitive biases such as the decoy effect in bargaining, gender differences in competitiveness and responses to performance goals, and the impact of local rankings on risky decisions. I am also interested in trust, cooperation, social norms, inequality aversion, and efficiency trade-offs.

main research interests

Behavioral biases and strategic decision-making in bargaining; Incentives, competitiveness, gender, and goal-setting; Framing and Contextual influences on risk-taking; Trust, cooperation, and social norms; Social preferences: inequality aversion, efficiency trade-offs, and game theory
